Master Class "Mediation like never before - Transformative approach"
This interactive workshop offers participants a chance to think about mediation differently. Two certified transformative mediators and trainers on this specific non-directive approach will share their experience with providing mediation without merely asking a single content-driven question. In the first part of the workshop, the central values and principles of transformative mediation will be introduced. The question of the necessity to think about mediation in interactional rather than transactional way will discussed. The participants will have a chance to use all four crucial transformative interventions during role-plays.

FUCK-UP EVENING 2.0
"I know you have failed in mediation..."
On the professional conferences, forums, festivals, trainings and seminars,
it is common to hear the stories of success: how great things work out and everything goes perfectly, with some tips on how to become a successful professional. However, each of us knows from our own experience that many success stories preceded by more than one failure story – it is not common to talk about them. Especially at open events and venues.
We believe that there is much to learn from and connect upon when hear the stories of a failure rather than a success. Therefore we dare to break the established tradition of "how to be perfect" and provide the space for a professional failure of well-known and recognized mediators. We invite you to Fuckup Evening 2.0 as part of the 5th Minsk Mediation Fest
